- 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Client Relationship Officer (CRO)
- 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: Full-time (𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 S𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 7:30𝐩𝐦- 4:30𝐚𝐦)
- 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐍𝐚𝐦𝐞: SK IT Centre
- 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Sector 10 Uttara, Dhaka
- 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- O level/A Level, IELTS score minimum band 7+.
- Minimum 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫’𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 from a reputed Public/Private University.
- Candidates with a background in English medium/version will be given preferences.
- 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 2 years of working experience in the client and vendor management section of the Property Preservation Industry are encouraged to apply.
- 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡ers 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐮𝐦 are 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 Responsibilities:
- As the main point of contact for our USA clients, you need to ensure that their needs are met, and their inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Maintaining communication regarding work progress.
- Contact clients on a regular basis for work orders, work updates, submission extensions, etc.
- Contact vendors on a regular basis for updates, negotiations, assurance of quality work, on-time work submission, etc.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of services to USA clients.
- Good intention for expansion always need!
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:
- 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐢𝐧 American 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭, speaking, listening, writing, and reading.
- Proficient and possess strong computer skills.
- Prior experience in email handling, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- It’s important to understand USA business practices and cultural sensitivities.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate USA time zones & holidays.
- An adequate typing speed.
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬:
- Salary: Negotiable
- Salary will be reviewed after the successful completion of the 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝.
- Two festival bonuses and a monthly performance bonus.
